Didn't see one poted yet, and Early exit polling is already out.

Let's all watch and enjoy as the Democrats continue to rip each others throats out!

The bigger cities where Obama is favored and leading haven’t even reported 50% of the precincts and he’s leading in the caucuses... If he holds the caucuses as expected, he comes out of TX with more delegates from the state.

Thanks, that's what I thought. The caucuses are still going on in some parts of Texas, last I saw on Fox News...

Huckabee drops out

Former Arkansas Governor Call for United Party March 05, 2008

Little Rock, AR – Former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee concluded his 2008 bid for the Republican nomination for President tonight, calling upon his supporters to embrace the candidacy of U.S. Senator John McCain (AZ). Huckabee, a champion of conservative values, said: “I extend my congratulations – and my commitment to John McCain – to do everything possible to unite our Party and our nation, to be the best country we can be, not for ourselves, but for future generations. I am grateful that Senator McCain has led an honorable campaign because he is an honorable man.”

“It's now important that we turn our attention, not to what could have been or what we wanted to have been, but what to now must be, and that is a united party,” Huckabee stated in his speech to supporters gathered in Texas tonight. Huckabee said, “Not only have we fought the good fight and finished the race but more importantly, we have kept the faith. I would rather lose an election than lose the principles that got me into politics in the first place.”

“While many in the establishment never really believed I belonged, there were many in the country that did,” he said. “Thanks to their sacrifices, I had a voice – and I only pray that I have been able to give them a voice.” Huckabee said he represented average Americans who work two jobs to meet ends meet; conservatives who want less – but more efficient – government with less corruption; people who believe we should overhaul our tax system, implement the Fair Tax ad and get rid of the IRS; the Solders, Sailors, Airmen and Marines, who keep us free; those who cherish life and those who have yet to be born. Huckabee, who ran a small but cost-effective campaign, concluded his remarks by stating, “Our battle was never about us. It was about our country and its liberty. Now, we join with Senator McCain in the rest of that battle, not for who gets elected, but for what we can do when we get elected.” Huckabee finished the GOP primary race behind McCain with delegates from his victory in eight primaries and caucuses. Huckabee won caucuses in Iowa , West Virginia , and Kansas . He also won primaries in Alabama , Georgia , Tennessee , Louisiana , and his home state of Arkansas.

I know what you mean. He makes the hairs on my arm stand up.

My hinky meter goes off the rails when I hear him speak. Hillary irritates, offends, and scares me. Obama terrifies me.

No point. It’s like strapping el Cid to his horse after the muzzies know he’s dead. It has no effect.

She is not far behind, all she needs is enough ‘perception of victories’ and enough media cover, then there are enough superdelegates and she steals this thing... very dangerous game to play, that Rush did, giving Hillary life.

The “Rush vote” gave Hillary the win in Texas ...

19% of Democrat voters in Texas were for the “deport them all” position... these folks are *NOT* real voters for Hillary.
They went 58% to 41% for Hillary.

Your right still some fighting going on ... but Hillery will get bragging rights to the pop vote and secret ballot.

I think there are plenty of younger conservatives who’ll be ready by 2016. This lean toward the middle is not a permanent path.

You must be pretty young, perhaps not voting age yet in the 90s. I survived the nightmare years during the reign of Clinton I. Do not want these creatures in the white house ever again.

20 is the net gain for Clinton compared to Obama tonight not total number of delegates.

I imagine they are getting some results from precincts, before they are tabulated and posted by the Texas SOS. I’d like to see their numbers for Dallas County and Harris country. If they are still many precincts unreported in these Obama strongholds, he should be able to close the gap.

Love to see a classic rat trick, hold the big counties for Obama until the end and close on the bitch, taking the wind out of her sales. If she ends up winning the popular vote by 30,000 or less and loses by double digits in the caucuses - she ends up barely gaining anything when combining her Ohio gains against Obama’s Texas gains.
