-McStain has criticized Sam Alito for being "too conservative."
-McStain formed the Gang of 14, selling several very good appellate court nominees down the river just as Bill Frist was about to get them all approved with the Constitutional option.
-McStain's vote against drilling in ANWR is the one that kept us from drilling there.
-McStain supported amnesty for illegals and has said he would sign the exact same bill if he's president (see McStain-Kennedy).
-McStain is a member in good standing of the Chuch of Global Warming (see McStain-Lieberman).
-McStain championed legislation gutting the 1st Amendment (see McStain-Feingold).
-McStain wants to shut down Guantanamo and give constitutional rights to terrorists.
