Help is, I hope, on the way. Currently in the zoning process is what will be a 15 Billion(!) dollar refinery here in SD, probably the largest in the world. If everything goes through, and we can keep our home-grown populists, and the requisite imported enviro-fascists at bay, it’s expected to come on-line as early as 2012. A pipeline from Canada is also on the way, and is scheduled for completion in time to serve the refinery.
Excellent! About time too. We need more refineries. Assuming it does all go well, the only thing you’d have to watch out for then is ELF. ;o)
