Maybe not, but getting a Democrat in the White House will guarantee Leftist, Marxist judges on federal courts, including the Supreme Court, who refer to foreign law for their interpretations of U.S. law and, furthermore, interpret U.S. law any way they wish, and who fully intend to increase the size, reach, appetite, power, and centralization of the Frankenstein's monster known as the federal government.

Yes, electing a Republican President won't guarantee good judges, but electing a Democrat President will guarantee bad judges.

“A primary purpose of the educational system is to train school children in good citizenship, patriotism and loyalty to the state and the nation as a means of protecting the public welfare,” the judge wrote, quoting from a 1961 case on a similar issue.”

Wow!, Just Wow!

The entire role of government is to expand government.

Each of the three equal branches is responsible to expand the other two as far as possible to duplicate the failure of every government over the past 6,000 years of modern recorded mankind’s history.

This will be the biggest boon to private religious schools in California since forced busing in the 70’s.

People will laugh at you, but you are right when you state communism is a religion, even though not technically seen as such.

We do not home-school, but it is a right of a parent to do so if certain criteria is met and I imagine most people see it this way. If a government seizes the right to home-school from parents, even if these kids on average outperform their public school educated peers on national standardized and SAT tests, while not having the STD, teenage pregnancy, murder, drug related offenses, and suicide rates, one has to ask himself what the motive is? I'm sure the Great State of California has a good reason./sarc
