Too late for that, honey. You have to start with a sincere apology to the 70-year-old man you bullied -- and you need to understand what you did wrong, before you can do that. From your comments peppered throughout the web, you are still totally clueless about what you did wrong, or indeed that you did anything wrong.
The sad thing is that had he been a confident 35 yr old white guy she bullied, she would be recieving another award instead of her walking papers. Her bosses agree with her actions, just not her choice of victims. It made THEM look bad.
