Restaurants serve fat people who belly up to the all-you-can-eat buffet too, are they going to be sued like this also when Uncle Fred has a coronary from eating 2 lbs of bacon every trip?

If she did win this lawsuit,I bet she would gamble away every cent of the award within a week.
To: kiriath_jearim
Given our non-responsible culture, I think she has a shot on this.
How much ya wanna BET they settle? /s.

"She said she even considered swerving into oncoming traffic to kill herself." Not a good plan. With her demonstrated bad luck she would probably be unscathed and a family on their way home from Church would be extinguished.
Try a jump off a very high bridge - Certain and not likely to involve others in her depravity.

She said she even considered swerving into oncoming traffic to kill herself. She lost her parents' house and considered this, which would likely have killed other people. Hey, b*tch! Jump off a cliff. You wouldn't leave the world any poorer, and for once in your life, you wouldn't be screwing over someone else. She is so self-obsessed she doesn't give a d*mn about anyone but herself.

Another dead-beat blaming others for her addiction. Sad thing is, if she gets the right jury, she could win.
Judge should have thrown this case out as a frivolous law-suit and a waste of tax-payer money.

A long way from rock bottom, 1st step to recovery, recognize
that you are powerless to the addiction.
Were they to reach any monetary settlement, they would go right back to gambling.
To: kiriath_jearim
Not much doubt that she’s a Democrat, is there?
