Hey, there will never be a great rush for female children across the fruited plains to aspire to be great prostitutes when they grow up. Or will they proclaim such a goal proudly.
Thank God but women just don’t like to be degraded and no matter how you slice it, whoring is degrading. It’s not a loving, sweet sexual experience and while some will do it, for many and varied reasons, thank God that nature and He Himself has made an abhorance to such a thing part of our instinct.
As for the males, while an aversion to sex-for-pay might not be instinctive (I don’t know, I’m female ), there’s no great pride in hiring a prostitute. While they do it....

I say let her make all the money she can. It will never be something she can be prideful about. The girl’s only 22 years old for God’s sake. She once had a boyfriend. I dare say she’d like a long term committment some day, perhaps children of her own.

And Penthouse? I can only think of Vanessa Williams --and she didn't even pose for the magazine. Her photos were sold by an independent photographer.

There is no reason to assume she didn’t pay apporpriate taxes on her income as (I assume) an independent contractor. My understanding is that the IRS will not make criminal referals when taxes are paid. I don’t know what New York city and state taxing agencies’ policies are about this issue.
How? interited property and gifts aren't counted when divying up property. She worked as a mergers and acquisitions attorney while Elliot worked in relatively low paying (for an attorney) but highly visible public sector jobs as a prosecutor and attorney general. I bet she out earned him over the course of their marriage. She'll be lucky if she doesn't have to pay alimony.
This will never be over for Spitzer’s wife and 3 girls. You would think that this Kristen would at least say that she feels for their pain or something!

Really, without being a prude, do we want people who've promised things to us about their behavior in office in order to get into office, who care sooooo much about the sacred promise to their spouse (wife, mostly) that they'll go to some high-priced hooker? If they're willing to lie about the most important thing in their life, what about mere political promises?

I doubt it. I bet all the girls are listed as independant contractors and get nothing but a 1099 from the agency, if that.
Don't you think that lots of the IRS and prosecutors out there have files on THEM, kept by people they are investigating? Anyhow, if she's smart (or has smart advice), she'll hurry up and file amended returns and pay interest and penalties up front. That way there's no incentive for the IRS to go after her.

I daresay some of this could have been brought on by the fine Eliot himself.
