It didn't pain and anger Obama over 20 years of his “pastors” mentoring. I expect the church will be reassured by a member of the campaign.

The chants have changed from “O-ba-ma! O-ba-ma” to “Na na na na, na na na na, hey hey hey, goodbye!”

Obambi’s so full of sh!t. Wright has been solidly in Obambi’s camp and various campaigns for years. Obambi had even asked Wright to speak at his announcement to run for national office, and only at the last minute “uninvited him” because of the complaints it was starting to generate. But, Wright’s rantings aren’t new. He’s been spouting crap like that for years! There’s no way in hell that Obambi was unaware of this guy’s hateful brand of pulpit rhetoric.

Obama attended the church for 20 years. I've read he was married by this guy. His children baptized, at least at the church.
Supposedly he inspired the title to Obama's book "The Audacity Of Hope".

Earlier, Obama described his relationship as an uncle.

This doesn't sound as someone who has limited exposure to Wright.

The video getting the most exposure is supposed to be from a video sold at the church, of Wrights greatest sermons, or greatest clips.

I would think that if Wright were like an uncle to Obama, he'd have this video at home. I went to a church that taped messages, and I have quite a few tapes.

Well... maybe he just doesn't go to Church very often. You know, there's a lot of statements, but maybe the good Rev. tones it down on Christmas and Easter and maybe Obama’s not serious about being a Christian, only does it for political purposes so folks don't think he's a muslim or something. And maybe he's just a C&E'er.

I guess that's the message he wants to put out... I guess.

Didn’t he say he only learned about Wright’s “contraversial” statements when he launched his campaign for president? How disingenous this guy is. How can you attend a church for twenty years led by someone with such radical teachings, run for state and federal office, and not know about those teachings? The church’s position is plastered all over its website.

Hillary’s 130 +/- delegate deficit is looking smaller and smaller all the time. Maybe we’d be better off if Hussein had won TX and OH, really cemented his lead, before all this.

It’s shame this didn’t come out during the GENERAL election. Sigh.

“The front-runner for the Democratic presidential nomination said he was not in attendance when Wright made any of the statements and never heard such talk in private conversations.”

I wonder if Obama is worried about pictures of him attending those sermons popping up..

Apparently his goal for change is to put his boot on the neck of the eeeevil white man when he's prez.

I don't buy any of this..much too late..who in the right mind stays with a church that spews this venom and then can say they never heard the pastor say these things and be as close as Obama has been and not know something of this so called minister's philosophy? It explains a lot as to why Mrs Obama is the angry black woman she is..I wonder if she went to that church as a young girl? Just looking at her face you see rage and anger in a woman who has great fortune, education and few worries compared to the rest of us.

"...insists he never heard such talk in person."

Ahh, he must have drank too much iced tea like Al Gore, and was in the bathroom when the hate speeches were made.

Ladies and gentlemen
On behalf of all the people who have assembled here
I would merely like to mention if I may
That our unanimous attitude
Is one of lasting gratitude
For what our friend has done for us today
And therefore I would simply like to say

Thank you very much!
Thank you very much!
That’s the nicest thing that anyone’s ever done for me
I may sound Double-Dutch
But my delight is such
I feel as if a losing war’s been won for me
And if I had a flag I’d hang my flag out
To add a sort of final victory touch
But since I left my flag at home
I’ll simply have to say
Thank you very, very, very much!

Company
Thank you very, very, very much!

Tom Jenkins
Thank you very much!
Thank you very much!
That’s the nicest thing that anyone’s ever done for me
It sounds a bit bizarre
But things the way they are
I feel as if another life’s begun for me

Company
And if I had a cannon I would fire it
To add a sort of celebration touch
But since I left my cannon at home
I’ll simply have to say

Scrooge
Thank you very, very, very much!

Company
Thank you very, very, very much!

Thank you very much!
Thank you very much!
That’s the nicest thing that anyone’s ever done for me
It isn’t everyday
Good fortune comes my way
I never thought the future would be fun for me
And if I had a bugle I would blow it
To add a sort of ‘ow’s-your-father touch
But since I left my bugle at home
I’ll simply have to say
Thank you very, very, very much

Scrooge
No, my friends, it is I who should be thankful to you!

Company
For he’s a jolly good fellow
For he’s a jolly good fellow

Scrooge
For I’m a jolly good fellow

Company
And so say all of us

Thank you very, very much
(Tom Jenkins: Thank you very much!)
Thank you very, very much
(Tom Jenkins: That’s the nicest thing that anyone’s ever done for me)
Thank you very, very much
(Tom Jenkins: The future looks all right)
Thank you very much
(Tom Jenkins: In fact it looks so bright)
Thank you very much
(Tom Jenkins: I feel as if they’re polishing the sun for me)
Thank you very much
Thank you very much
Thank you very, very, very, very much

And if I had a drum I’d have to bang it!
To add a sort of rumty-tumty touch
But since I left my drum at home
I’ll simply have to say
Thank you very, very, very much!
Thank you very, very, very much!

Must have really been hard on old O, holding in all that pain and anger in total silence all this time, until the word got out.

Hannity and Colmes just ran the March 2007 interview with "Pastor" Wright.

Wright's statements were outrageous then.

Commercial break now, and in a few minutes they are going to debate the latest from the Obama camp.

Maybe Barack Obama can trade Jeremiah Wright for Geraldine Ferraro and a first-round draft choice, before the trading deadline. Do you have to clear waivers in this league?

I guess this couldn’t wait until after the primaries. Good going Rush, Hannity, and all the other right-wing talkers, now we have another clinton to deal with.

Obama says his pastor 'pained and angered me'

Yeah......kinda' like when Janet Reno said that Bill Clinton's malfeasance made her mad, very mad.........but, she continued to run interference for him...........
