You think being in prison with good food, heat in winter and A/C in summer, good health care, people to talk to, etc. is worst than burning in hell? I think death would do him just fine.
Whenever I see a picture of Manson (which thankfully is not very often), I see the swastika tatoo he has on his forehead and I think, that swastika would make a nice target!
but the point is he is not walking free. There are bars and walls. No, let him suffer not having the freedom that we have. Then when he dies he will go to another jail that will have no air conditiioning or those other thngs you mentioned. Slow and low...that’s what he deserves.

In the book Helter Skelter, by Vince Bugliosi he says towards the end there are many murders unsolved, committed by the ‘family’.
One of these unsolved murders was their original lawyer, who was found dead over the weekend after the family and Charlie disagreed with him regarding his not taking orders from Manson regarding how the case should be dealt with.

No, the Supreme Court ruled all the existing death penalty laws in the US unconstitutional.
Telling someone they cannot own a firearm in such states over a misdemeanor is a criminal sanction, and not an administrative decision.
If any of the Manson Family were teenagers they can at least get him for homeschooling.

Further what I said clearly means the opposite of what you insist I said, when I agreed with what he said that you are stubbornly maintaining willful ignorance of, and assuming that you know as the opposite of what he really said in the first place.

Earl Warren just did whatever he wanted. He was the worst SC chief justice in history, a virtual dictator. He did the dirty work for the left like LBJ and MacNamarea, but you notice that the libs are very quiet about him. No movies have been made about that ghastly trio.
Anyone who knows is also subject to the death penalty, and anyone that deeply involved thinks Manson is a Living God.
Convicted Manson family members got the death penalty, it was later commuted to life in prison.
