My friend’s daughter goes to Texas University, and she was chosen to pick the people to stand behind Obama on stage while at UT. She was told to pick a large varity of people, mostly, white but of all ages. They stage everything! Can not be trusted.

Back to the three black commentators on CNN. This delay in the speech seems to be providing an opportunity for the three black commentators to spin, spin, spin.

Obama should passionately embrace this challenge. McCain surrounds himself with whites. Other candidates must be placed under same scrutiny as Obama is.

I actually think it is a decent speech and will help. The media will love it. Obama will escape damaged, but not dead.

There are parts that will appeal to white, middle class Americans -- problems with jobs, economy, etc. He blasts Reagan at one point. But more government control, more government jobs, more government everything is not the answer.
