Completely off topic- but has your nine year-old ever seen the musical “1776”? If not- rent the CD!! It’s what got my son (now 27) interested in American history years ago- we watch it to this day:)

I don’t think so. I have, but alone.

I think the fact that John Adams shows conflict, both military and political, makes it easier to keep a child’s inquisitive mind engaged.

Off topic, is it just me or does Jefferson seem a little light in the loafers (not that there’s anything wrong with that.)?
