CHENGDU, China China lashed out Sunday at critics of its crackdown on Tibetan protesters, describing U.S. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi as "habitually bad tempered" while claiming the Western media serve those who want to smear the communist country.

Hippocrits!!!
During the opening ceremony, the Chinese military will run over unarmed athletes with tanks, turning them into mush to commemorate the Tiananmen Square massacre.
During the relay races, we won't be able to see the athletes on the far side of the track thru the polluted Beijing air.
The Olympic Games are supposed to be the time the world comes together. Instead, some will use it as a time to celebrate turmoil and create death.
Shame on anyone that can not see what is taking place.
And it is not a question of whether the U.S. should boycott the Olympics. Given Nancy Peolosi's political stunt, the U.S. should not be invited to attend.
I’d say that this is picking up momentum as the ChiCom armor rolls into Tibet. It’ll be interesting to see what happens in Athens when the torch shows up. Big protests could turn the whole Beijing Olympics sour quickly. Then there’s Falun Gong which may jump into this as weel
I'm sure you're talking about the Chinese invaders shooting Tibetans n'est pas?
Thank you so much, for that amazing imitation, of the Chinese Communist Party line talking points! You’re good.
Do you do Rich Little, as well?...

Doh! Stupid triple posts due to “Proxy Server Error”!
In my entire life,I thought I would never side with Pelosi. We need more Republicans to support Tibet against the red menace.
“perfectly timed to get the maximum exposure and to politicize the Olympics as much as possible”
Agreed. But China’s horrendous treatment of it’s citizens is a far greater issue than politicization of the Olympics. I believe that China saw the disintegration of the Soviet Union as a foreshadowing of things to come inside China. The Chinese have been surging at breakneck speed into manufacturing and quasi-capitalism in an effort to hold their “empire” together by providing their citizens with better fare than the USSR did with theirs...hoping enough of the citizenry will stay quelled. And in the process, the Chinese are willing to crush anyone attempting to stand up for basic human rights. “China,” as politically described today, is made up of many ethnically distinct regions (that really should be completely independent of China) held together only by rule with an iron fist. They have, however, been bound together by force longer than the USSR was, making independence much more difficult to achieve.
“The events in Tibet have been perfectly timed to get the maximum exposure and to politicize the Olympics as much as possible. Sad.”
Yes...that’s right. Considering that the Tibetians have been ignored by civilized peoples for far too long. There’s nothing sad about their desire to bring attention to their plight after 60 years of oppression, genocide, forced abortions, and Han resettlement.
“Instead, some will use it as a time to celebrate turmoil and create death.”
I agree with your sentiments but they should be targeted at the ChiComs and their genocidal followers. The Tibetians, like the Iraqis, Afghans, and Venezuelans deserve freedom. Anything less w.r.t. Tibet is a cowardly and immoral compromise with the ChiComs.
“Shame on anyone that can not see what is taking place.”
Shame on you for being a useful tool of the ChiComs on a forum that proudly asserts the very qualities that made this country (USA not China, btw) the greatest civilization in human history. I support freedom, liberty, and property rights in Tibet and in rest of that immoral ChiCom hellhole.
“Given Nancy Peolosi’s political stunt, the U.S. should not be invited to attend.”
LOL.....do you really think the ChiComs have the b##ls to disinvite Bhutan - let alone the USA?
CNN - There are a few ChiCom trolls on FR. They have been signing up at a quick pace (some are older signups) to tell the rest of world about how the “ChiComs are the victims of Tibetian terrorists.” Barf.
In revenge, ChiCom trolls must be sending messages back to their PLA masters requesting additional lead in childrens’ toys and mercury in shrimp...LOL
There is three and a half years between Olympics to elevate this issue. Instead, they choose to disrupt the Olympic Games - a world event hosted in different countries each time.
The footage I saw was of protester attacking ambulances with patients on the way to the hospital, of protestors burning down entire blocks. What is China supposed to do, sit back and watch.
Or perhaps their political leaders should have joined in and said, "No justice, no peace" while the police were trying to quell the riots.
Then you are supporting Isalmic extremist taking hold of the region. Are we going always repeat our mistakes. Look what happened in Afghanistan. Can't the U.S. just mind its own business.
