If you guys think China is going to leave the region, you are crazy. As soon as China leaves, Islamic fundamentalist take advantage of the weakend situation and move in.
And to the poster with the lack of reading comprehension, no statement was made that the indiginouse people of Tibet are Islamic fundamentalist. The point, as stated above, if there is a void in power created, Islamic fundamentalists from the west will move in.
Someone get out a map and tell me what countries are to the west of China.
“Someone get out a map and tell me what countries are to the west of China.”
England, Germany, Italy, Sweden, geeze there are a bunch. How far west should we go? Should we also look east to the Mongols? They have an interesting history of being oppressed as well.
Nice try. Islamic fundamentalism is not a threat to an independent Tibet but thanks for trying to push a hot button.....It shows you're up on your current events and are trying to play to the room.
Or maybe the people of Tibet will run their own show, as they did for generations before the Chinese took over.
