An international court ruled in 2004 that the convictions of Medellin and 50 other Mexicans on death row around the United States violated the 1963 Vienna Convention

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

This vicious rape and murder of 2 American teenagers did not happen “internationally”

It happened right here in our country...

The perps were illegal aliens who should never have been here in the first place...

How many were illegal aliens of the 50?

If you are here illegally then you should waive some of those rights.

also,

WHY didn’t they have access to their consulate? If they claim they are not illegals and in the USA legally then they only lies condemn them.

“The perps were illegal aliens who should never have been here in the first place...”

I am glad you brought this up, because I have a question regarding...

“which provides that people arrested abroad should have access to their home country’s consular officials.”

If those arrested are here illegally, how can we know for sure where their home country is????

That was my thinking. Mexico can't have it both ways. They want us to take there “excess” population when they slime their way across our border.

We are to educate them (This guy speaks and writes English. I'm sure he didn't learn it in Mexico!), feed them, make sure they have money (welfare, social security, etc.), while their home country takes no responsibility for them. HOWEVER, when these “unfortunates” rape and murder American children, Mexico then wants to interject themselves into the process? Oh, I think not!

Perhaps Mexico should hand each of these interloping dopes a brochure before they leave Mexican soil, explaining that the U.S. has a death penalty and, guess what, they're eligible!!!
