Am I crazy or has it been at least 4 days in a row where some “significant” archeological find has occurred in Europe...? Roman gold coins in Britian...Manbearpig remains in Lichtenstein...?

The bone was engraved with original ancient text positively self-identifying it as ancestral to humans.

Your tagline favors the crazy thing but I think you're right. ;-)

Considering the relatively small size of Europe and all that's occurred there, It may be that you could dig anywhere to find something.

As usual, full of vague statements and lots of wiggle room. “maybe” “suggests” “provisional” etc.. The only thing they “know” for sure is, they’ve found an old bone! No real facts! The find in itself is interesting, but the constant conjecturing is annoying.

Scientists traditionally speak in that manner.

If they claimed "proof" and TRVTH" the science-deniers would be all over them even more than they usually are with their cautious, provisional statements.
