When Jeb Bush went on national TV and whined about his hands being tied in terms of being able to help Terri( outside of legal appeals), I knew then that his political career was finished. What a coward.
When Congress cleared its throat to say something meaningful and forceful while Terri's murder was taking place, and nothing came out but platitudes, I knew then that the Republicans would lose in 2006.

If I had been Jeb, I would have sent in the troopers, and then told the feds that if they didn’t like it they could come get me.
