Sure does. Lanny is a dope. Because the Dep. Sher. says its so means the parents, the grand parents and the doctors and the hospital are lieing.

Do you think some day Lanny will admit that he just lied his face off to cover for the Clinton’s?
We should save that for the general. He's soooo liberal, it will be easy to take him on. First we have to get rid of the Clintons. Cut the down to size once and for all.

I always pay attention when Megyn Kelly speaks, she is very sharp and quick, and she was impressive during that supposed rape case involving the Lacrosse team.

As much as i despise Lanny Davis I think he should be front and center for all to see as the face of a Clinton administration. It could finish her off for good.

So, will they just not vote, or vote McCain?
I’d been really demoralised by McCain turning out to be our nominee. I wish him well; particularly, I wish him good health. I know there’s a lot of speculation about that, but I hope that he has beaten cancer good and proper. I hope he’s a 1-term candidate, but it’s too early to speculate. Having said all that, the thought of Obama winning scares me. The thought of Hillary, even as President, not just the nominee, seems infinitely more palatable than the prospect of President Obama.
What about younger Jewish voters? Would they vote Obama?

A person who knowingly obtains or discloses individually identifiable health information in violation of HIPAA faces a fine of $50,000 and upto one-year imprisonment.The criminal penalties increase to $100,000 and up to five years imprisonment if the wrongful conduct involves false pretenses, and to $250,000 and up to ten years imprisonment if the wrongful conduct involves the intent to sell, transfer, or use individually identifiable health information for commercial advantage, personal gain, or malicious harm. Criminal sanctions will be enforced by the Department of Justice
If I were Ms. Bechtel, I'd be pursuing this one with an attorney. Hillary, will of course maintain that she is not a "covered entity" under the provisions of HIPAA. But that's a technicality that might weasel her out of criminal penalty in court, but not in the court of public opinion.

Holman said that other hospital could have been “anywhere in Ohio and West Virginia.”
If it wasn't O'Bleness, it is likely Holzer Hospital in Gallopolis or Pleasant Valley Hospital in Pt. Pleasant, WV. There are not many hospitals near Meigs County, OH. If there even was another hospital involved.
And I still do not believe a patient was turned away from care in the scenario described. More likely the Deputy got caught telling a big whopper and the campaign was more than happy to use it.
And it’s a great show.
