any news station will probably have either live coverage if you live in the bay area or check local tv stations for live feeds,, cnn and fox and others have streaming video also , there are links early in the thread..

I saw some M-4 carbines earlier.
Motorcade has stopped for a few minutes now.
Northbound on Van Ness.
Protesters forming at Faye and Franklin.
Many bystanders have caught up with the torch and are running alonside.
They are stopping for photo ops everytime they change runners.

If you're in Los Angeles, digital 4.4 (KNBC Raw) has a live feed, you can go to the KNBC.com website and draw the live feed off of the local website (knbc raw again), or there's live net feeds off the local affiliates up in San Fran.
