2 men and one woman scaled suspension cables on the Golden Gate Bridge Monday to unfurl 2 banners
advocating Tibetan independence ahead of planned protests during the Olympic torch relay in San Francisco.

It is exactly this “One World” crap that makes me luke warm.

I think maybe my problem was that Hillary’s call to skip the Olympics -— then just opening ceremonies -— just reminded me of Jimmy Carter thinking.

How about we instead go over there and humiliate all their athletes?

Well those two men and one women have more brass than I do. No way would I go up something that high and be open to the elements.

This reminds me of the climax of a novel called “The Night People” by Jack “Invasion of the Body Snatchers/Time and Again” Finney. In that, the people hoisted a huge banner from the Golden Gate. Finney went into great detail about how they accomplished it, but their method didn’t sound near as dangerous as what these people did.
