Interesting. Did the defense attorneys present the scenario that the autopsied man’s wounds (other than the face) were more consistent with a man running from gunfire? If not, why not?
Also, at this point wouldn’t it make sense for Sgt. Hutchins or Cpl. Thomas give an account of all the details that occurred that night. If there were orders why not name names? What do they have to lose?
