"Obama Warns Of 'Quiet Riot' Among Blacks"

Nah, I don't think blacks would be interested in these guys.

He appears to be saying that we are all idiots for not being on the government gravy train, at least those of us in small towns. Hmmmmm...I had thought that being in a small town, by choice, was a good thing, a healthy thing and a great way to pursue a family life.

This guy is so not going to be the next president. No one beyond the left democrat base is about to vote for him - he seems to be working on gathering vote blocks against him - I say, Rock On!

I pretty much agree. Except for this: “but to give them tools so they can help themselves”. Some of us don’t want anything from government except protection. “just protect us and leave us along”. As far as being angry. Yes I get angry but it’s when I see government (both parties) spending more and more and more. Then taxing and borrowing more and more and more. Along with taking more and more freedoms.

“this guy inserts his foot in his mouth so often, he’s gonna need to put ketsup on the soles of his shoes..”

And it is also amazing to me.
He seems smart enough to know better then to make the same mistakes Kerry made. Yet....

I guess it is just in their nature so much they can’t help it.

Fine with me, at least people will see his heart of hearts.

Making excuses...It's always someone else's fault isn't it.

These kids won't work in school, won't work in society...Fast money and guns is their own choice.

I hope he gets nominated. Hillary is just far too moderate and just as dangerous. Obama - bring it on, baby - WE LOOOVE YOUUUUUU!

heh..”the media” doesn’t need to spin it..just spend a few minutes at the DU..they’re spinning so fast it’s amazing..and anyone that disagrees is either a “neocon” or a “hillary supporter”..

cheap entertainment with a high comedic value (doesn’t cost me a cent to lurk and laugh)..

As a “Typical White Person”, I find what he is saying to be very revealing about who he is at his core.

Obama appeals to “the angry” in America

Of course.
Obama appeals to bitter, humorless malcontents who think it's "unfair" that smart, successful people have more money than they do. They're liberals, and they're sick.

“It is hard to imagine someone running for president who is more out of touch with average Americans.”

Obama has spent almost his entire life in Hawaii, Indonesia or in a particular sub-culture of Chicago.

The average American knows more about France than Obama knows about the vast majority of the U.S. Mainland.

He could fool the people of Illinois with his good looks and shop worn feel good platitudes. But he can't fool America about his bitterness towards Middle America and his radical policies. The jig's up.

“So it’s not surprising then that they get bitter, they cling to guns or religion or antipathy to people who aren’t like them or anti-immigrant sentiment or anti-trade sentiment as a way to explain their frustrations”

Let's see. According to Obama, we're 'bitter' so we want to protect our constitutional right to own firearms, may not approve of homosexual behavior, oppose illegal immigration into America on a massive scale while the government looks the other way and oppose some trade policies.

That about it?

This kind of inane public statement is classic elitist liberal fantasy based on what liberals live by: that they're smarter and better than everyone else (you and me) and should have the power to run your life (via laws and regulations backed by force) because you're just too stupid and selfish to do 'whats right'...by their goofy standards.

God help America if the electorate buys Obama's act and gives him in the presidency. He makes Hillary Clinton, a Marxist herself, almost look good by comparison. Well, I said Almost.

I 100% agree I do not think that BO or his campaign understand how offensive the comments were. Hint to BO and his ilk, this is the same as saying the N word in the city!

Obama has been so BRAINWASHED by his Uncle Jeremiah that he thinks people who cling to religion by exercising their First Amendment Freedom of Religion are all angry and bitter folk. Barry really is a uniter if he can unite the Marxist Black Liberation Theology of his hate mongering pastor with what he sees as the bitter gun toting, anti-illlegal immigrant, and church going Americans of small town America.

“Not sure how the media can spin this away.”

Easy. The Democratic leaning MSM will cover it briefly on Sunday, maybe Monday, and then totally ignore it. This will simply evaporate via a lack of coverage . Clinton’s crowd will try to keep in running as long as possible. Speaking of the Clinton crowd, if they have a bomb to drop re Obama, it will be out by the middle of the this coming week as prep for the Pensy primary the following Tuesday.

You know, I’m beginning to think along those “puppet” lines. He has to be a front for something bigger and more sinister. He has NO CREDENTIALS!!! There is something meaner behind him, there has to be. He is no more accomplished than the Silky Pony.

"What about those of us who are NOT FRUSRTRATED, who simply enjoy the RIGHTS OF GUN OWNERSHIP, including hunting, target practice and competition?"

I think you may have left out a few other "Rights of Gun Ownership", like defense of self, family or other innocents.
Then there is home defense, or the Ultimate Responsibility of Free Men, the Defense of Liberty from a government gone bad.
