Every foundation east of IH 35 probably has more than one crack. We used to pour foundations east of 35 a full 10” thick with #3 & 5 or larger rebar. West of 35, we used mostly #3 rebar and 8” foundations. The worst ones were in the sugar sand area, where everyone grew peanuts.
I’ve been told it isn’t if you have a foundation problem, but “when” you will have a problem.
