I saw that interview. Modine didn't make a lot of sense from where I was sitting. Like he didn't really know for sure what he wanted to say.
I will say, he was much more polite than most of the libs that show up on any of the Fox programs. He didn't try to shout over Bill, but waited patiently until it was his turn to speak.

But, in the segment posted on youtube, Modine appears to confuse the terms “liberal” and “liberty”. O’Reilly did not correct him.
