I went to one of my favorite stores this week and all the clerks were Mexican, one spoke almost no English and they only speak to each other in spanish. Needless to say, I sent off a heated letter to the corp. office (like that will do any good, but I felt better). This may be another store I have to add to my list where I won't go any more.
I beat the rush! I cleared out in the '90s!

S.F. Has really gone downhill over the last few years. It used to be quite pleasant.
Now, the last 2 times I’ve been there for business, it is a cesspool. People urinating on the sidewalk, etc.
I got panhandled 4 times walking 1 block.
Another time, I was getting out of a cab & was waiting for my change from the driver & a bum stood right there, just outside of the cab & asked me for the change.
I loath going there for work now.
If you clicked through to read the entire article, there was a small map that showed where the California emigrees are migrating to.
The four top states are Arizona, Florida, Nevada, and Idaho.
I’d have to say that of these, 2 are horrendously bad choices, and show little foresight:
Arizona - destined to become a part of “emerging Atzlan” within the next 20-25 years (or sooner). It simply “won’t be America” any more, even if AZ remains a state (I seriously contend that by the end of the century, Atzlan _won’t_ remain a part of the United States, if the country still even exists as a nation by then).
Florida - “multicultural, USA”, FL is a state that will fast lose its livability and cultural identity in the coming years.
Of the other two, I wouldn’t consider Nevada to be that great a choice. It’s tipping to the blue side of things, and will be a solidly-blue state in years to come. That means higher taxes, more crime, and less personal freedom.
Only Idaho is a good move, in my opinion. Hopefully, it’s mostly the “Euro-Californians” who are migrating there, and hopefully, too, they are of a slightly more conservative bent than most.
