I have not heard or read anything about S.2433 before tonight. I did several searches on it tonight and came up with the following:

It's late and I'm kind of tired so please excuse me but it appears that (if nothing else) we should be outraged over the fact that it "would require U.S. taxpayers to fund foreign aid at more than quadruple current levels, at an amount of $100 billion per year." (according to the American Heritage Foundation).

That doesn't just sound like a “Boy who Cried Wolf” report to me.

It was a boy who cried wolf on guns and “global tax.” It IS a bad spending bill and should be opposed on those grounds.
