Correct! It is time to put her down. And as important, it is time to put her down in such a way that Obama picks some other woman for his VP selectee.
This would enrage her. She would no longer be the woman with best shot at being first.
She would make occasional speeches for him, but you can bet a lot of money that she would spend all her time working to get the party to fund Congressional races, knowing that every penny that went for them came out of money that would have gone to Obama.
That would get a McCain win. Obama is farther from the center than Hillary and McCain wins by owning the center.
That gets us victory in Iraq, more conservative Justices than otherwise and profound moderation in the tax increases the Democrats plan.
The sooner that lightweight Obama gets the nomination the better.
