I'd say the muzzies have an inferiority complex around dogs but that would be stating the obvious - and might be perceived as a slight toward dogs.

I was thinking along the same lines.

Breed about 4 million rabid chihauhas and drop them near that rock thing that they all seem to have some unholy fascination about.
