There’s an important lesson to be learned here: politicians should never talk about the future, lest someone thinks they are talking about the present. ;)
There maybe something to that but this duffus let there McCain hate get the better of them. There is no way you pull something like this by accident. They knew they were posting an excerpt and they were cutting off the front to make a purposeful distortion.
