I’m sorry, since you clearly have no idea what I was getting at. I’m not asking anybody to “march in lockstep” with anyone. I’m asking people to exercise some political common sense. Anybody who votes in a state where their votes actually make a difference (states other than California, Massachusetts, and D.C., for example) need to realize that there are two candidates who have a chance at being elected. Fred Thompson is not one of them. What you are doing is unquestionably throwing your vote away. Of course, depending on where you live, it may not matter. If you’re in, say, Ohio, Virginia, or Florida, you’re just helping Obama.

Jim clarified his intent, as it seems that he finds McCain acceptable. This means we are in agreement on the matter. You might understand that the initial title of the thread could certainly be interpreted that he didn’t find McCain acceptable. I don’t like McCain, and I didn’t particularly like Giuliani either. I thought Romney was better than both by a good margin, and this is why I thought attacking Romney was quite counterproductive. Nonetheless, we are where we are.

I take exception to your nasty post to Jim. Haranguing a convalescing man is just low.

You don’t like this website “torpedoing” leftist RINOs. You want it stopped. Sounds like lockstep to me.

I will NOT vote for McCain. I despise him. I don’t have a shred of respect for him AND I think he’s insane. At least Dole was an honorable man.

He’s already said he doesn’t want or need conservatives, anyway. I guess I agree with him on one thing.
