He can't convince his congregation to try to purify their racist hearts but he expects to convince genocidal Islamo-fascist nuts to renounce their nukes and their desire to destroy Israel.
Actually, he doesn't expect to convince Iranian leaders of anything - that's just the usual liberal blather of "let's talk" with everyone and accomplish nothing.
