In an age of cell phone cameras and Facebook profiles containing hundreds of pictures snapped on a kid’s camera, it’s harder than you would think. If these kids tried this even 10 years ago, the person working at the drug store would stop them or report what they’re doing.

It's not that hard for parents to prevent their kids from having cell phones. This article only illustrates the point teenagers and pre pubescent middle schoolers don't need cell phones.
