Good evening, MamaB....how is your spring going? Nice weather? No tornadoes?
Welcome to the Canteen, ExTexasRedHead, and thank you for helping honor our troops.
The commute went extremely well & oh so economical today!:)
I have to tell you as well as Gracie & Megs that this morning the quail babies finally hatched & were about.
I lament I didn’t have my camera at the time!
There were about a dozen of the sweet things running in a huddle in the drive.
Big T & I were trying to scoop them up into the lawn.
I tell you they were not much bigger than a large pebble!
I thought two were injured or worse until Big T scooped them up....I think they were just worn out.
So precious! I’m sure we looked like goofballs from a distance.....LOL
Hi Conor....all is well & thank you for asking.
Just have to go do dishes in a bit.
Did ya manage a scotch & dinner yerself?
We had a bit of reprieve from heat today & yesterday as well.
Summer is well on the way!
Exciting birth announcement! I would love pictures of the quail.
Beautiful, Conor.
I will be working tomorrow night and Sat night O/T :-(
will see what I can come up with
Regards

LOL!!!!
Thank you for the thread! That’s cute.
If I can find them again I will get pics.
Seems I usually only get one sighting per year.
They are so tiny & adorable!
Hiya, Sand...good day? Today and tomorrow I fix all the problems that I didn’t have time to fix before the checks were run. So far, all the corrections I did make have taken.
I don’t take pictures so I can’t complain...I know they were cute.
Welcome, txflake...that must have been interesting, naming all those places. d:o)
O/T is good money! Hope you can get your rest though!
Thanks for the cool pic alfa.....*hugs*
All is good here as well. Sounds like we’re both ending the week on a high note.
Woo Hoo!
No work in the AM
Good evening all
