What changes will you make to provide our soldiers in theater with real access to mental health care?

First they want to keep any vet having received mental health care from exercising his Constitutional rights, then they demand to know why more vets aren't getting shunted into mental health care?? If I were SOD, I'd tell him to get that fixed before asking those kinds of questions.
