U.S. Court Orders Deportation of Former Nazi Guard Living in Pennsylvania
FoxNews ^ | June 10, 2008 | Associated Press

A retired steelworker who served as a Nazi guard should be deported even though the United States granted him a visa in 1956, a federal appeals court ruled Tuesday.

Anton Geiser's work as a guard meets the type of persecutory conduct banned under the Refugee Relief Act, which was in effect when he entered the U.S., the ruling said.

Geiser, 83, did not cite his Nazi ties on his visa application, but he is not accused of lying about them. Files from the period have been lost and it is not clear what questions he was asked.

His lawyer, Adrian N. Roe, argued to the court this year that guards not deemed war criminals were sometimes allowed in by the State Department. He complained that the Justice Department, in its efforts to expel former Nazis, was revisiting decisions made a half-century ago.

But the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court, which focused on the language of the Refugee Relief Act, said Geiser should have his U.S. citizenship revoked and be deported.

Couldn’t resist a jibe at Pat Buchanan, could ya? BTW I suggest that you pick up a book by John Sack entitled “An Eye For an Eye.” This book documents in vivid detail the atrocities committed by Jews against Germans just before and after WW II. Yes, Jews were not just innocent victims.

Send him to Germany or send him into low earth orbit.
Don’t care where.
There is no place in the United States for those who supported the Nazis.
I don’t care how old he is.

Oh, I see. The Jews deserved it ... there’s a new spin worthy of a Buchanan acolyte. Color me surprised ...

"I’d take 10 ex-Nazis for every muslime, and throw in a ‘65 Chevy full of Mejicanos to boot."

I understand why you would ... the Muslims want to kill you. The Nazis only killed Jews.

Many thousands of culpable, willing Nazi war criminals were never tried, due to "cold war" prerogatives (more valuable working for us than in prison) or more often bungles in paper work (or wor$e).

And one of them went on to become UN General Secretary.

No mercy for Nazi scum!

“Life’s a bitch, and war crimes are hard to prove.”

No, actually its impossible to prove only if the criminal is a commie but if they are anticommunist, they are railroaded by the leftist Justice Dept and Fed govt very easily.

Do I have to remind you of the Demjaniuk who was thrown into jail based on a phoney “Ivan the Terrible” ID card provided by the KGB?

He was saved from frying by the Supreme Court in Israel and now the Feds have prosecuted him again!

And how dare you call these Commie butchers Jewish!
My family knew these heathens and the only time they went to synagogue (or church) in the 20’s & 30’s was to burn them down!

And rather than a quick read, I suggest you be more thorough. It is quite clear that these genocidal scum were BRAGGING about the wanton murder of civilians - they even wrote books.

In short they have confessed. But where is the prosecution?

Why the denial?

“Elsewhere in Ukraine, another Montreal man — Nahun Kohn — was fighting for much of the war with a partisan group who routinely killed anti-Soviet Ukrainians... In one such attack, “bullets were flying hot and thick, and one of our bullets set the hut on fire,” Mr. Kohn wrote in a memoir. “We watched it burn, and we made sure that nobody escaped from the flames.” “

Your defense of the refusal by the Feds to prosecute these scum is beneath contempt and I am not sure why a commie defender would want to be at FR.

I mean what part of “The communists killed 100 million in the last century and there has not been one prosecution.” do you not understand?

To my knowledge the United States hasn't prosecuted anyone for war crimes since the late 1940s. We certainly never prosecuted Demjaniuk for anything, we simply deported him. And we're deporting him again because though it's likely he wasn't Ivan the Terrible, it's crystal clear he was a camp guard who lied to enter the country. Your sympathy for illegals is noted.

I have no problem with deporting communists, we have deported a few from places like Cambodia, but as I pointed out no one tracks these people to my knowledge. Since you know of war criminals residing in the United States, I'd suggest you bring them to the attention of the authorities. We deport lots of people for persecution, it's only Nazis that bring out defenders.

As to Your defense of the refusal by the Feds to prosecute these scum is beneath contempt and I am not sure why a commie defender would want to be at FR. feel free to make your case. There's no doubt in my mind that FR will throw me out every bit as quick as they thow out Nazis and racists.

“We certainly never prosecuted Demjaniuk for anything”

BWAHAHAHA - You don’t think that stripping citizenship and deportation does not require a slew of prosecutors from the Dept of Justice!

Actually, given Demjaniuk’s vindication by Israels Supreme Court and the Dept of Justices double jeapordy reaction, it is not only prosecution but persecution - and you with your obfuscation are culpable.

PS- Have you noticed that your dozens of posts in the last hours have averaged the lowest reponses? Hmmmm. If you have nothing to offer FR, you might reconsider your Spamposting.

He wasn't vindicated, the Court noted he was clearly a camp guard, but probably not Ivan the Terrible, and that since Ivan's crimes were the basis of his extradition he should be returned to the US.

There's no more question that he entered the US illegally than there is that he was one of the handful of Russian POWs who volunteered to serve in the SS.

Hadn't, no, enjoy your stalking. Your opinion is on no consequence to me. If you think I should be banned as a communist sympathizer as you noted in the last post, contact the mods.

I believe in free speech, but not stupid speech.

I’ll ask you one more time.

What part of “The communists killed 100 million in the last century and the Feds have not hounded one murderer” do you not understand?

Why are you compelled to stick up for these thugs?

PS The Israel Supreme Court did NOT make any such finding and you are merely spouting the Kremlin Party line.

To what country do you pledge allegiance?

Whats the matter?

Are you disappointed that the KGB forgery was discovered?

Too bad ... and don’t curse me again.

PS - you still have not told us to what country you pledge allegiance.

BTW, I see that yesterday you monopolized the forum with 8 posts in 50 minutes all relating to Israel.

I would be careful about accusing others of being a troll.

And dont assume that everyone believes you are a friend of Israel.

Your support for the Reich and your contempt for the US legal system is noted.

The US sucks, as evidenced by their insistance on deporting these two Nazis who entered the country illegally. Interestingly about 90% of the deportations for persecution have nothing to do with WWII or the Reich. And no one ever objects. But that 10%, does that ever bring the occasional Nazi sympathizer out of the woodwork.

As to my posts, don't like them, too bad.

You're acting like a sniveling coward, stalking from thread to thread timing posts.

Got a case to make, grow a set and make to to the people who run the place. If you can't do that, head to the corner, suck you thumb. Your whining doesn't reflect well on either spanalot or FR.
