Is the extra Saudi oil the light kind that everybody wants or is it the heavy, high-sulfur crude that’s harder to refine?
Every day Saudi is consuming more of its production domestically. Saudi already consumes more oil than India. All eyes are on India/China, as usual watching in the wrong direction.
