I just called Feinstein’s office in DC. The shock that they’ve been found out is lame. While on the telephone, I told Feinstein’s staffer “Drill Here; Drill Now” and added that it is the US Congress that has sat around for 35 years doing nothing. We’re not listening to “blame Bush” when it is the Congress that is to blame. I also told the staffer that the Congress apparently doesn’t understand the anger that is simmering out here.

We stopped them from selling our ports to the ragheads.

No, you stopped a private company in one of the most modern Middle East countries, the United Arab Emirates from OPERATING some U.S. port facilities, not owning them. Most U.S. port facilities are owned by the associated city or a public-private Federal sponsored authority. Neither would sell off those facilities because they raise too much taxes off of them.

Instead of the Dubia Ports group running these ports, in many locations like Port of Long Beach, CA you have a company fronting for the the ChiComms operating those port facilities. Now don't you feel safer with ChiComms "guarding" your ports than some of the best friends that the U.S. has in the ME doing the job?

BTW, Dept. of Homeland Security is still doing the real security at all U.S. ports, regardless of who has the contract to move the shipping containers.

The congress is too busy sucking Scott McClellan bu++ to be worried about stuff like this. I am sick and tired of any congresscritter with a (d) behind their name.

Do you understand that the Muslim religion consider us Christians to be infidels who must be wiped off the face of the earth? If you actually understand what their own bible, the Koran says about you, you are a fool. You want to support someone who wants to destroy you. Are you nuts?

I suppose you think that this Bill by Sen. Dodd is a good idea too?

It would take years to take that kind of information coming into one place to sort and make a workable program for others to use. Just the liability of putting that information into one place would be a nightmare.

The privacy implications for America's small businesses are breathtaking."

What about the privacy implications against all Americans!

This is beyond the pale.

If this passes there will be no such thing as privacy.

“Hidden deep in Senator Christopher Dodd’s 630-page Senate ...”

So this week they “outed” the good Senator over his possibly crooked relationship ( http://www.townhall.com/blog/g/8e81c72e-14f1-478d-a2d1-7abe178266f7 ) with his mortgage banker and pending legislation.....and so he turns around a slips this provision in his bill....which the system will let him off the hook for if it goes through. NICE. Sophisticated. Bold. Right under our noses.

How anyone can watch the daily news in any media and avoid concluding we are truly in the END TIMES

is quite beyond my vivid imagination.

Thx.

This congress is inept.

Every one of them with more than 3 years service should be replaced. I don’t care about parties, positions, etc. There isn’t a single thing this Congress has done that is worthy of hard-working Americans.

Replace them in primaries or replace them in generals. I don’t care. Just replace them.

Well, the little provision isn’t hidden anymore.

Time to send an e-mail to my Senators...
