The Libertarian Party has selected Barr, also a former federal prosecutor, as their candidate, and Republicans think he could siphon off votes from their party's presumptive nominee, Sen. John McCain of Arizona.
How elitist of the GOP to act as the standard bearer of and for voters by which they consider any other party as inferior. The GOP needs to wake up and realize Conservatives are not going to support a party who appeals more to socialists with each passing election and then has the unmitigated gall to demand conservatives blindly follow the GOP. They sound and behave more like their socialist Democrat brethren all the time. The Republicans have created their own predicament and have only themselves to blame.

Libertarian does not equal conservative, but sometimes it equals Republican. Barr is a %$#@*& spoiler.
