Something just doesn’t add up here.

They are on a crusade to save the world. So they don’t want children. I have a feeling that these people don’t want kids anyway. They are not making a sacrifice of something that is important to them. Children and family life are not important to them in the first place.

Their “moral superiority” is sickening.

And I wonder what their carbon footprint looks like , with their morally superior lives.

If we think it through, it’s very scary. A baby has a carbon footprint. A baby is a human being. Human beings have carbon footprints. Human beings are adding to the alleged global warming. Thus people are the problem. Thus people have to be eliminated.

I wonder if they are religious at all, or if their religion is worshipping Al Gore and Mother Earth.

Combine this:

High fuel prices
High cafe standards causing smaller vehicles
(unnecessary*) requirement for car seats

My wife asks: what do they expect large families to do?
My answer: They expect you to NOT have large families.

*statistically, a car seat is statistically insignificant, safetywise, to the results of simply putting a child in the back seat.

These people have no idea how insignificant we are.

If they had any idea just how old this earth is and how small the window of time is that humans have walked it...

If a tape measure stretched out two miles long that represnted the life span of the earth, humankind’s presence would occupy the last 1/16 of an inch.

You know, if they really thought about it, they would consider adopting a child, and then they could teach the kid their own values, and not contribute to the planet's "demise" (the kid would grow up anyway).

But then, it's not really about the planet, is it?
