The certificate clearly states that it was issued by the State of Hawaii. Why wouldn’t they accept a certificate that they issued?
I was merely mentioning what I had seen in a post on Hannity's forum here regarding why the difference in wording on two different birth certificates - "Date Filed" vs "Date Accepted".
