Ok. My son was born in HI in 1983. I have a copy I requested from Vitalchek for passport reasons. Can someone walk me through the steps to post the image for comparison? I just scanned it into my computer - fold marks, certificate number, seal, various dirt smudges and all. Even though on the surface Obama’s LOOKS like my son’s, it’s clearly not.

You have to upload it first to a picture hosting website or have it posted on a blog. FR does not accept jpg files directly.
So you can go to tinyPic.com
And upload it. Once uploaded, they will emial you (or you can write it down) the url address and then you can post the address on FR, or if you know how to post the actually image, you can do that, but that is a bit more complicated, and one of us can do that for you if we have the address link.
