I live in Chico. The fires are in the foothills to our east, and to our north in Red Bluff and Redding, as well as along the coast to our west and to the north west. We also have fires burning to our south. The whole North Valley is socked in with smoke, and the smoke is so bad in the foothills they can’t use aircraft to fight the blazes. Apparently Highway 32 has been closed between Chico and Highway 36, and Highway 70 has closures too.

Thanks. I can look it up but..I was just wondering if it was close to San Diego. My DIL had to leave during the last fires.
