I have a simple solution.

Wrap them in bacon, then drop them back by the local mosque... and don't forget to take your dog along!

Organize a community effort to gather them all up and place them in the middle of a hog farm feedling lot.

Tell the “givers” they’re welcome to go in and get them back.
