Rope and tree are okay but can't use a noose, those have been banned. Good news though is that a bowline around the neck is much slower and more painful... It would seem that "painful" excites a whole bunch of FReepers into frenzies of delight. Not good, IMHO, but if that's what frequents FR today let's at least be honest about it.
I'd settle for "swift and certain" -- and permit subsequent analysis (via Six-Sigma or other process) of the quality of the judicial system's product.
