“There is no evidence that young terrorists are mentally ill...”
OPINION: Generally speaking, I agree with the expert. For the most part jihadis have deliberately set on to a course of jihad.

Suspect in trestle fire rearrested on probation
The only known suspect in Sacramento's massive railroad trestle fire last year along the American River Parkway was rearrested in the same area of the fire, Sacramento County park rangers reported Friday.
"He didn't say anything. He just smiled a lot," said Ranger Dane Anderson of Jose Eduardo Moran-Marques, who was taken into custody for violating his probation.
Anderson and Ranger Tim McElheney arrested Moran-Marques on Wednesday about a half-mile from the Union Pacific Railroad trestle that was destroyed March 15, 2007, in what investigators said was an arson fire.
The fire destroyed 1,400 feet of the trestle, cutting one of the railroad's main east-west arteries. It moved so quickly that within hours, investigators were describing the blaze as suspicious.
Although Moran-Marques was the only suspect in the deliberately set fire, he was never charged with arson. He pleaded guilty late last year to giving a false name to an agent of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
After serving his time, Moran-Marques was deported back to his native El Salvador. He was last seen by Anderson and McElheney in the area of the fire in May, just a few weeks after being deported. "When we saw him, we ran a check on him. He had no warrants, no holds, no probation, nothing," Anderson said of Moran-Marques.
