I tried calling early this afternooning and emailed late in the afternoon for source confirmation. Haven’t heard back yet.
He was likely interviewed in both papers. What's more important, IMO, is that the Honolulu Advertiser actually checked their archives, and affirmed that Obama Sr. graduated in 1962. The internet is littered with articles that state he graduated in 1963 -- based, I guess, on 1959+4=1963. It gives you a good idea of the what passes for journalism nowadays.
The address listed in the birth announcement is over 7 miles away from the University of Hawaii while the Atherton YMCA and St Louis Heights are both within one mile of the University.
I'm not sure the address in the Honolulu Advertiser birth notice is important, since even Obama doesn't try to argue that Obama, Sr. and Ann ever established a home together. It's probably the address of the Dunham grandparents at the time.

I saw that article...and wondered how he would assume he had the power to do such a thing, getting someone's daughter pregnant is hardly an offense that would warrant being removed from Hawaii. However, if Stanley Dunham was one of his sponsors, he would certainly feel his friendship had been abused. (Which it was.) Obama snr would have been welcome in the Dunham home and her pregnancy would have been a real shock to him.

And yes, I can see him sending her as far away as possible...his hypocrisy had been exposed.
