It's hard to say. I wonder if they will wait to see who wins the election. Not that it will matter much anyway. Obama will have no choice but to act anyways, although he will be even dumber than Bush no doubt.
They won’t be starting any long wars in that part of the world during the summer. the heat is too much of a logistical problem. Watch for action this fall. I’d say September.
