Pelosi says House Judiciary may hold hearings on Kucinich impeachment resolution

Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) said this morning that the House Judiciary Committee may hold hearings on an impeachment resolution offered by Rep. Dennis Kucinich (D-Ohio).

Kucinich is expected to offer a "privileged resolution" this afternoon calling on the House to look at whether President Bush should be removed from office for lying to Congress and the American public when he sought congressional approval back in 2002 for taking military action to invade Iraq and overthrow Saddam Hussein.

Yes, of course, let's waste the committee's time holding hearings on Representative Kucinich’s impeachment bill.

Who is that committee headed up by? Isn't it John Conyers? That will neutralize those two for the next six months while they blovate on a proposal that is going no where. Hopefully, it will turn into such a liberal/leftwing/moonbat spectacle that it will cost the Democrats the election (along , of course, with the implosion of “Messiah” Barak’s campaign under the weight of his ego).

The Republic is saved!!

Hummmmmmmm. How much yellow cake did they haul out of Iraq recently? I’d think all of the members of the House would be thinking twice about this.

......"Let’s have this impeachment nonsense"....

I agree, It may be the only way to get Bush to defend himself. As I look back at all the problems we are having, I still think he's done a pretty fair job.

I think 5.5% unemployment and no attacks on the US are pretty good for 8 years. I think the Dems would show how stupid and petty they are.

They may be reminded that the Nasdaq fell almost 50% before Clinton left office. They may be reminded that they had the twin towers attacked on their watch, and a couple of embassies in Africa, and the USS Cole. And Osama was in their sites several time and even offered to them on a platter. We could relive "the good ole days". Did I mention he lied to the whole world on TV under oath?

If I had to just find something on Bush, I would say the border fence and amnesty fiasco was the biggest. hanging on to Rummy too long, well, that's a judgment call. Not giving an executive order to drill in ANWAR, well that takes backbone I think he may not have. Wanting to go along to get along, well, no he knows, maybe the next guy will learn.

“Trivia question, if something happened to the Pres and the VP who are the next two in line to take over as POTUS?”

Yes, and supposing she melts, you won't believe who's next in line. Hint: KKK.

How many months per year are in your calendar, Lou?

I was using my left hand to count....even still, you make my point. They have even less than I gave them--what the h@ll are they thinking?? What will impeachment hearings give them...where would they even start with questioning?

"Ok, Rove...you sneaky little Fox News bastard...where were you on the night of September 10, 2001?"

I give her a 1% and that’s only because there could be someone worse.

Out of 435? Nah, she doesn't rate more than about 0.2% on this basis.

That scumbag Pelosi will do ANYTHING to avoid bringing an energy bill to the floor, thereby upsetting the enviro money-laundering wing of the Democrat campaign funding machine!

Neal Boortz and Jamie DuPree were talking today about the Dim's refusal to vote on any energy bill.

They seemed to agree that any movement on energy, like authorizing offshore drilling, is quite likely to pass and is bound to drop the price of oil.

And the Dims want no part of letting Bush take credit for a price drop. So they'll wait it out.

You'd think she would want to do something to improve that rating.

She is. She's shooting for the magical number 1%

Further proof that this Democrat controlled Congress is without question the largest collection of feckless imbeciles in the Nation.

With all the SERIOUS PROBLEMS the Nation faces — these a$$holes continue to play “gotcha” games with the President.

If ever a Congress earn rejection, expulsion and worse - it is THIS Congress.

When Democrats don’t know how to solve problems or propel the Nation forward - this is what they do: Bitch, Whine, accept bribes, fornicate with their staff or pick dingle berries out of their ass.
