Thank you for that post - re: Tony’s response to a blogger re: cancer. I hope there are many who may be facing that horrible illness who are reading this thread and getting inspiration from the posts of Tony Snow’s thoughts, encouragements, life while living with and fighting cancer.
Even more, I hope that somewhere some young doctor or researcher is inspired to work even more hours to find the cure for colorectal cancer and other cancers - as fast as they can possibly do so!

Wow...nearly 1600 posts...wouldn’t Tony be shocked!!!! He deserves it. I've been feeling sad all day. Just a few weeks ago when he posted here it sounded like he had cancer beaten, at least for the time being, and was dealing with some other side issues. We have lost another good one.

Well I hopped over to DU and of course it was what I expected. About half of them are saying terrible things about Tony. It's unbelievable that these "caring, devoted to the children, the sick and elderly" would stoop to this level. I guess it just shows us once again what they are truly like.
Tony was so much a better person than they can ever think to be.
