It just ruined my day yesterday when I heard Tony had passed away. He had more class in his little finger than the entire WH press corps.
I just thank God for letting us have Tony for a while, and I know he is with God today.
I pray God will comfort Tony’s family and friends in this time of sorrow.
Rest in peace Tony.

Thank you! God has blessed us abundantly indeed! :*) So bittersweet to hear that Tony has lost his battle with cancer though—so many prayers for his wife and children at this time. :-(

We’ve been so ‘high’ with love since the twins arrived early Wednesday morning that I was quite shocked to see the news about Tony yesterday as my daughter was flipping channels in my hospital room. I had really been praying he’d beat the cancer totally. :*(

Thank you for your kind words and for alerting me to the link. It’s a tough time letting go, but know that we will all see him again. And take to heart too the great lessons he taught us about how to live our lives - boldy, with zest for those that you love, and always, to be of good cheer.
Hope you are well and please let everyone know how very, very much he loved you guys and how tremendously pleased he would be to read all of the comments today.
He’s looking down, I suppose, smiling and getting a chuckle out of the tears rolling down my face as I write this... because he knows in our sorrow, we celebrate his life. Guys like Tony live forever and we will always remember him in times of grace, faith, character, love and optimism.
