This is my last scan of the Thread before I head off to bed. [As mentioned previously, we leave for WVA early in the morning.]
It has helped ease the sorrow that I feel about Tony's passing to share that feeling with other friends, old and new, who are trying to comfort one another. Thank you, it has helped greatly.
And lastly, the idea of commemorating Tony by doing 5 acts of random kindness seems a wonderful gesture. I would add one more possibility. We might mark our calendars to remember Tony next June 1, 2009, on his birthday, with a memorial reunion Thread.
As I write this, I am watching the closing moments of O’Reilly, who is showing some “Snow” clips. BOR can't get thru an entire show without calling Tony “Snow”. That aside, Tony thought the world of O’Reilly which goes to show his wide spectrum of friends. [Golly, even BOR teared up at the end.]
It has been a very sad day, but it was bittersweet. It has been wonderful to see so many SnowFlakes and friends gather together to share and comfort.
